Notes:

If you facing problem when you setup IMAP or POP connection with email client, saying "email server not accept your username and password...", even thought you are able to login to your Google Apps web mail with the same username and password. In this case, please change your Google Apps account password. You can change your Google Apps account password from the web mail interface, "Settings" -> "Accounts" -> "Change account settings:" -> "Change password". Please put in a stronger strength password and after that try your email client POP/IMAP setup again, it should be working after that.
